Xiomara and Daniel started Oh My! Empanada with one expectation; Fill the world with culture.

Oh My! Empanada produces high-quality gluten-free Colombian empanadas. Oh My! Empanada addresses the need for more accessible and diverse food alternatives. We have learned that modern-day society craves new foods, and Oh My! Empanada’s authentic Colombian empanadas expand that need with Latin flavors within Denver and beyond.

Xiomara is the CEO and founder of Oh My! Empanada. She hails from Cali, Colombia and now resides in Denver, CO. Xiomara is highly skilled at relationship building with clients across organizations and teams.balances three different full-time roles; mother, Deputy Director at the Colorado Statewide Parent Coalition, and entrepreneur. She is also the President of Fundación de Colombianos en Colorado, a non-profit volunteer organization aimed to serve the local Colombian population.

Daniel is the co-founder of Oh My! Empanada. He was born in Yokosuka, Japan and was raised in Denver, CO. In his past life, he played in a rock band and had aspirations of touring the world and playing music. After recording multiple albums and playing countless shows, Daniel now works at Denver Water and enjoys spending time raising his family while focusing his efforts on growing the empanada business.

Together, they have two young boys, Kai and Kobi, who are full of love and energy and inspire them every single day.

Oh My! Empanada delivers delicious Colombian empanadas. Empanadas are handheld snacks with a crispy crust and a variety of fillings. Oh My! Empanada has created a broad menu full of flavor with fillings ranging from vegetarian and vegan options, to the authentic and popular, shredded beef & potato. You can expect each empanada to be made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. All of our empanadas are pre-cooked and packaged frozen, and can be easily reheated at home by using our easy step by step instructions.
